Gentis Lex - English #1 The Statute of the Tribe §1. You can join Imperium Sera only once; the deserters are put on the blacklist "Damnatio memoriae". 1.1 Leaver has a chance to come back in extraordinary cases. 1.2 Caesar and Censors reserve the right to erase from the Damnatio memoriae. §2. Racism, discrimination, intolerance and any kind of touchy and offensive insults are prohibited. 2.1 Swearing is not prohibited, insults are fine as long as they appear in a fun context and if they are neither touchy nor offensive for the offended one. 2.2 Since this tribe is based on close friendships, some of us offend each other and it is acceptable. §3. Everyone is obligated to respect and tolerate language used by other Imperators, even if it is unintelligible.  §4. You can not join Imperium if you are a tribehopper, instant leaver, statspadder, tapczan, tribewar favourtiser, hacker, rank whore or if you are disqualified in CheeseForMice Leaderboard. You also ca not join if you behave badly and your reputation is poor if Officium decides so. §5. You can achieve ranks for time that has passed since you checked in, activity, cooperation, interaction and achievements. 5.1  Positions are not important in the tribe, so if they matter for you, go away.   5.2  "Cargo" in imperial jargon means "kick me". §6. Each Imperator should purchase the elements of lorica and wear it during representative situations.  §7. There is freedom of speech on the tribal chat and no one is allowed to block it. #2 Rules of recruitment System of recruitment If you meet all basic requirements, you need to hit on any Imperator whose rank is Conquisitor, Legatus, Censor, Honorarius Censor or Caesar and they will have a small talk with you in order to check whether you are communicative and fit to the tribe. They will also check if you had gotten involved with our rules and if they discover that you had not, they will link you to this document. When you appear to meet all requirements and fit to the tribe and noone has anything against you, then you will receive the tribe invitation. Features taken into consideration ● Stats Minimal numeral requirements: at least 4000 firsts, 8.5% First Ratio, 30% Cheese Ratio and 35% Shaman Save Ratio. ● Behavior and reputation We are not looking for people who ca not behave properly in rooms (butthurting, insulting et cetera). Even if you meet the numeral criteria, it does not mean we will recruit you. If any of us has some objections and bad experiences related with you, do not expect much. ● Communicability The two main concepts of Imperium are that this tribe is open for everyone who is able to communicate and that it iss international. The main language of the chat is English. You do not need to speak it if you are able to interact with us. There are many local Legates who can help you in that. Remember that the Conventus stage is necessary to join Imperium.  ● Potential Mouse may be invited, regardless of their statistics, if they show special abilities and they stand out from the crowd. ● Others The institution of Officium has reserved rights to recruit mice who do not fulfill above requirements.  Expectations from a recruitee Lorica Recruit should buy the tribe's uniform (lorica) and wear it during important situations. The uniform performs representative function and acts as an element which makes Imperium Sera different from other tribes and makes integrating easier. Check-in and introduction After you join Imperium Sera you are requested to check-in and write your introduction on the official Atelier 801 forum. It is compulsory if you want to unlock ability of receiving higher ranks. #3 Rules of promotion System of promotion: When you join Imperium Sera you start as a Peregrinus. It means that you are a stranger for us, at least as long as you check-in and write your introduction on the forum in the threads "Check-in" and "Meet us". For that activity you will unlock ability of getting ranks and get the rank Togatus. This rank denotes one who wears a toga and has civilian status.  Higher honours are unlockable for the time that has passed since you checked in and wrote your introduction. Also achievements (for instance, 5 permed maps equal rank up) and activity impacts on promotion. Being unique is an advantage if you and use it. A positive hyperactivity will be appreciated with an adequate rank. When you gain our trust, you can become a Conquisitor. Their are picked from loyal, old, trustworthy and responsible members. Recruiting power is their special priviledge. There is also a group of local leaders called Legates. They have to translate our materials into their first language and help those who can not understand everything. They are not required to fulfit the numeral requirement Censors are here to keep the order. They are co-leaders of Imperium Sera and can decide on many things.  We are trying to avoid giving custom ranks permamently for concrete Imperators but it is possible. It is an extraordinatory right of Honorarii Censores and the Caesar.
